Our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy are being updated on the 15th of January 2024. These amendments will help you better understand how our products and services work.

Updates to the documents
These updates aim to align our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy with recent developments in our products, services and features to better meet your needs as a user of our platform(s) and for clarity purposes.
Terms of Use update
We have added the new products, services and features launched recently and we have removed any reference to the products and features we no longer provide.
We clarified our deactivation procedure of doctors and patients accounts as well as the different cases or situations that could lead to the deactivation of doctors and patients accounts.
Terms of Sale update
We have slightly changed the format (graphic design) of the Terms of Sale to uniformize our legal documents.
We modified some sections to reflect the changes operated in our products and features to help you better understand how our products and services work.
We clarified our deactivation procedure of doctors accounts.
We modified the Data Protection Agreement provided as an appendix of the Terms of Sale, in order to clarify the qualification / status of DM and doctors depending on the processing and we also mentioned the different locations where we store personal data depending on the location of the data subjects.
Privacy Policy update
We specified the qualification / status of DM depending on the processing.
We clarified the main purpose and sub-purpose(s) for each processing activity.
We mentioned the different locations where we store personal data depending on the location of the data subjects.
We have added local privacy regulations that we might be subject to and comply to depending on the location of the data subjects.
We modified the last paragraph dedicated to “Incident” in Section 11 to clarify our internal procedure to handle incident involving personal data

On the 15th of January 2024, you will be prompted to read and accept these two updated documents in the DM Platform or Mobile Application(s). Accepting these is mandatory to continue using the DM Software Products and Services.
